Re: beach fishing

Hi Daniel, welcome aboard

Your questions are difficult to answer because the answers depend on many factors like location, types of fish about, time of day etc etc.

At this time of year night fishing should produce better results in more of the locations. Reasons are most of the daytime summer fish like mackerel and garfish have started to drop in number and they are being replaced with winter night feeding fish.

The tides really do depend on where you fish. Even where I live we have a large bay and each spot tends to fish better at different tides and times. The best advice I can give is ask your local tackle shop what, where and when they recommend.

Because you're new you might like to take a peak at my beginners guide to sea fishing. Click here for the beginners guide
