Fantastic shore bait

Hi

The November Sea Angler mentions that there is a bait that is gaining popularity and is apparently as good as peeler but a third of the price. This bait is Indonesian Prawn??? has anyone used this bait? If it is as good as peeler and a third the price then let me at it.
Has anyone used it or going to try it?????????

The indonesian prawns are also known as raw tiger prawns you can get them at morrisons for appx £1.99 for 280g got some in the freezer ready to give a go

i presume you just mount them on the hook as you would a sand eel,just thread em on ?.

I have some in the freezer, but am toying with the idea of .... just eating them!

But seriously i have not tried them yet, but will in the very near future.

if they work do you recon cray fish would work well??

well you never know ben,they dont look much different to a small lobster,worth a try

i was thinking just the tail part cause they arte aggresive little gits n might scare things off
might be good for smuts
