steve im certainly not a great caster
the day i put bait 80 yards i will buy you 10 pints lol
and i can handle a 525 and 525mag with no troubles....
and the reel is set up well friend of mine can put a plain lead 200 yards over grass without having to change anything on the reel (it makes me sick :cry: )

iv heard the nobby is easier to control and is a bit slower than the slidy

is that right?

think its just the brakes
