| sea fishing license ooh inside information. I picked up a guy in my taxi a few days ago who works for the fisheries department of the government. YES there will definately be a sea fishing license but rather cleverly you will not notice its introduction. This is because as you probably know the bill has been dropped. The reason given to me was that it was so unpopular amongst so many MP's that it is now being "tacked on as a couple of extra paragraphs to another bill" so no one will notice and it will just sail through!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
