Very useful, first time I ever had to contend with filleting a skate, got into a right mess.....sure makes it look easy!

Managed to improve my filleting skills a bit after watching that. He does make it look so easy and those knives are obviously very sharp.
All i need now is to catch summit big enough to fillet lol!
