Plaice Fishing Tomoz Breakwater or Prince of wales?

Hi all I am thinkig about going fishing during the day tomoz and was wondering if it would be worth my while fishing for plaice? Are they about yet? Was thinking about either fishing breakwater or prince of wales as I think these will be my best bets. Its a 7.2 tide at dover at 3.00pm so will the breakwater run hard on the inside wall or will it be ok? Also i not sure if the breakwater/POW fish up tide or down tide? If anyone cares to join me then PM me and i will happily meet up with them.

Tight Lines

Joe

not sure about the breakwater mate,i had heard the boats werent running for a week or so,
the good thing about dover is that there is always an alternative venue,
