have a great easter weekend everyone

Hope everyone manages to get out sometime over long weekend

weather looks challenging in some parts of country but ok (ish) down here if not a hint parky
and as is also the first day of spring can only bring the better fishing in , cant it?? please!!!!!!!!!!!!

so whats everyones plans ??

me well I'm on earlies all 4 days so really only evenings free , but hoping for one later afternoon session thinking of a wee dabble on darkside for some points after 1 day as working beside the kia pora ponds collumpton ( not 100% on this plan yet)as I also really fancy another go for a pike as beginning to forget what one looks like in the flesh

otherwise probably a eve/night session or 2 on localish beaches hunting anything ( well smalleyed , plaice and bass really so guess where i'll be ) but a definate big session planned for monday night with rich and others after some bigger ray further west

oh and heres something on an vague easter theme for all of you
sorry its a naff video

Re: have a great easter weekend everyone

There's a friendly holiday 'meet' at Hayling Island on Easter Sat.

8-30 - 9-30am breakfasts at Delias Diner, Eastoke Corner, Hayling Island.

My usual casting pals Neil Mac nor Jules etc can't make it this year, but anyone in the area is welcome to join us; fishing approx 10am - 3pm.
NOT A COMP!
Just exchange of ideas etc, nice food, drinkies in The Lifeboat Inn (opposite the main Eastoke Car Park after).

Re: have a great easter weekend everyone

Unfortunately this winter has been a bit of a dead loss for me on the fishing front and with work and the weather, I can't see this weekend kicking things off, but I may cast a line off Seaford beach if I get a couple of free hours. I hope to have my boat back on the water in the next week or so, and hopefully the summer wil be a bit more fruitful. Whatever you're doing have a great Easter weekend.
Cheers: John
