my and my mate are prob gonna go to stokes bay next week some time and were wondering if anyone had fished here and has any adivce

or if there are any better marks near stokes bay where we stand more chance of getting lucky

hi ben stokes bay abd gillgicker will be good for plaice rag,peelers, and slipper limpet for cocktails will be good. don't forget a bit of squid to make small strips for tipping your bait.

ps. while your in the area go into daves tackle in the gosport precinct and get a pocket guide to hampshire sea angling its only £1 and has been produced bu I.S.A.C the biggest sea angling club in hants. and will give you alot of information for our area.

no one tells you any unless your good friends with them and most even then still wont tell ya


me fav ray mark is a long walk and theres only one path that goes the right way and about 4 others that go the wrong way

1st time i went there i got lost and had to walk through waste high brambles for 10 mins :x

made sure i remembered the path next time!

lol i know that feeling mate it happened to me once and i came out slap bang in the middle of a nudist beach. ops:
