reel info needed

I have been given a twin levered multiplier .it has no name ?? only has made in england on side plate and is red in colour ..any idea .it is a boat reel .any idea,s will trbto post a pic if i can get my camera to work.I am totally stumped

It could be a Mitchel, but without seeing it I could not say for sure.

Are the red sideplates plastic or alloy?

You got me going on this one .... assuming it is a UK manufacturer, the only RED multiplier reels I can think of are from INTREPID and ALLCOCKS!
I can't think of a red Mitchell and even then most Mitchells originated from France.

A piccy would help!

Plastic sideplates plastic spool .spool has a pin in for attaching line to

i did think it was a sea streak but they had a cast control on them ,this dont

found it .... its a fast back made by intrepid in the 60,s just lost the badge..
