seaton help

I'm planning to go to Seaton in Devon soon. I have never fished here before and would like to get some feedback on fishing in Seaton before i go.

main beach is nice and clean and deep water over high
and you can park beside

should be good for whiting , pout, dogs and maybe bass

have seen ray and smoothies in summer

axmouth to left of river mouth is snag central and would avoid

the river axe is good for mullet

the beach is as dave says really.. although im sure somewhere along the lines i have heard of codling from this beach.. so possibly try some cod type baits blasted out to the horizon and cross your fingers!
