Help on

How to catch bait.

hi i live in torquay and want to try catching some bait including, sandeel, ragworm and lugworm.

Can some one please give me instructions on how to catch these.

You need to go and dig the lug and ragworm mate ,as for the eels you may struggle.
I used to get a few off a beach back home on big spring low tides but your best bet will be a local tackle shop for them although it may be a bit late now.
