What a good Idea, best of luck to your new web site. I am partialy disabled with arthritis and usually only fish in the Torbay area. The easiest spot has to be Babbacombe pier provided you have a car. Easy parking and about a hundred yard walk to the pier end. Next would be princess pier I suppose and then Oddicombe beach but cars only allowed down their in the winter months.
Berry head is very good and disabled drivers can drive right down, its a longish way so I wouldnt reccomend electric vehicles. Once down at Berry head there are not too many places you can reach with a wheel chair because its so rocky. If walking on shingle is no problem then the teignmouth estuary offers many good spots. Goodrington pier is easy access, flat, and can produce good fish if your lucky. Ive never fished Brixham breakwater but i guess it is easy access for wheelchairs perhaps someone else can tell you.

I would be intereted to hear of other spots a bit further away.

Foggy
