| Gimmeee a Selsey Amberjack, OK? Here's a conundrum! This was taken last week on 'feathers' off Selsey. None of the local skippers had seen one before. It's identical to one taken off Cornwall a couple of months back. Even an Ichthyologist has difficulty separating these Seriola sp apart. In my book, an Almaco Jack (Seriola rivoliana), but only scale, fin and teeth (pharyngeal and dentistry) counts would prove conclusive. Bring on the tuna, OK? ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Norfolkboy; 08-31-2007 at 11:21 AM. |
