Picking your Bait

Hi all

Not sure if this is in the right place,but here goes....

Can anyone give me any tips on picking up free bait at low tide,ie peeler crabs,mussels....Also interested in digging my own worms,not all the time just when I've got time to do so....

Does any of our Northeast members know of any good places....
