alderney piccys

on one of the days we could not get out till later in the day and mark the local tackle shop owner lent us his car to have a look around.
so hear a few boring holiday piccys to show what its like there

the swing

very dangerous bit of water when it wind against tide

ganit rock

name from the fact its white with bird poo

longy bay

nice little sun trap ,feels like you are aboard

veiw from top of fort tougary out to braye harbour




court yard in tougary

last occupid in 2nd world war and now looking bit sorry for its self , rumor has it the a large hotel group has just bought it and will be reavating it

there is a small snippit of the island for the shore
