| Re: Penn 310 gti Hi Foggy, Have I missed out on something? I did read it all. I added that, as a precaution it was in Ben's interest to take lots of photographs of the internals, and "as suggested" (use a white sheet and watch out for the springs). I don't mind criticism but !!!!!!!!! maybe you should have read my pennyworth before suggesting that I read it all. Your age may have something to do with it, reaching the big 60 can be a hazardous time. Regards Drew __________________ All that Glitters is not Gold |

| Re: Penn 310 gti Drew. You young whipersnaper Lol. Its just that mine was a humerous piece really on how NOT to do it. From your reply I thought perhaps you hadnt understood that. Luv Foggy |

| Re: Penn 310 gti Hi Foggy, No hard feelings, I've known Ben for a few years now and know how passionate he is about his fishing. Maybe I have lost my sense of humour, but when someone genuinely asks for help, I try to give all the assistance that I can. I strip and clean my reels every other trip and know the pitfalls that can occur. I use an old towel on the table whilst doing this for obvious reasons, and if working on a reel that I have never stripped I photograph it from all angles.
