busy 4 sessions in 5 days = 2 fish omg

well just had a busy few days
wed was a social club meet at seaton looking for smoothies
so armed with rag and crab met baggie and set of to get there jus on high tide
about 12 of us fished into a very steady headwind
well think all apart from baggie blanked(caught a really scruffey doggie) headed home for midnight
thurs mrs ping off so family stuff and poirates of carrabean to aid her johhny dep fetish (and was good and stayed in although was granted a pass)
fri loads off gardening and brownie points so met baggie again + his brother in law in eve and did seaton again arrived bit before 8
conditions totally different calm and warm
guy leaving beach had had a few makkie, game on this was going to be good
well we gave it our best shot till 12, all for a doggie to me
then best bite of night with a kebab and entertainment from the local drunken teeneagers

home 1.30ish
dragged tired butt to work saturday in lyme regis with gourgeous view off all of chesil
raced home as was given pass to club comp in sidmouth in eve
very quick turn arround and off again
fished about 1/2 way along jacobs beach, not a touch all night
seemed the further you walked down jacobs the less was caught
out of 14 anglers 11 blanked totally, fish weighed in were a wrasse, 3 doggies and 2 smoothies
well done taff for finding some fish, home 12.30ish
sun same weary trip to work then at 6 belted off to meet ian (greenheart ) at west bex for an hour and managed 1 makkie on his feathers

will leave rest of his trip to him

so busy few days and not alot to show for it
did notice water coloiured badly and may bloom back again

would be good and stay in tommorrow but its darts night

thank god the missus has BB on telly now

lets pray its better for next wed night and branscombe

Well done on catching though, sounds like a few grueler sessions, but bet you had a good laugh anyway.

It been, err... slightly hard workk for a while now mate.... Still, like Ping says, roll on Wednesday night.

Was kinda umming and ahhing about a quick go tomorrow Dave... Docks? Steamer Steps? How many brownie points you got left?

Sorry barbelblanker, only just seen this.... Yeah, raised in Stourbridge with a paticularly sadistic father. Of all the clubs he could have dragged me along to, it had to be the Albion didn't it.

Follow a girlfriend down here a few years back, and like the profile says, it's much better for the beach!
