Chesil Beach (Flatfish Open)

Hi all

I Hear that Weymouth Angling Centre are doing a Flatfish open at Chesil beach( West Bexington)

Sunday 29th April 2007

Sponsored by Fladen UK

Measure and Return
All fish are measured by the Competition Stewards and are recorded for the total aggregate length.

Fish for the table may be kept after marking of tail by steward.

One rod, three hooks . Fishing within defined boundaries between Cogden & Bexington

Plaice, Sole, Flounder, Dabs etc. excluding Rays

£750 longest aggregate length

£500 longest fish length

Large Prize Table


Entry Fee: £15.00 Adults, £5.00 Juniors & OAP’s

Optional Pairs £5.00 per angler:

1st =£150 plus prizes for 2nd & 3rd

Fishing Times:- 11.00 - 17.00 hrs

Score cards back by 18.00 hrs

Registration: West Bexington Car Park from 09.00 hrs
