| pulley rigs has any one had this happen to them. my pulley rigs are made from 60lb rig body and a big swivel then i tie some more 60lb line for the hook length. whilst casting the rig body has snaped just leaving the big swivel attached to me leader link clip, lead and other bits ended up on the beach. |

| Re: pulley rigs Never had it happen to me but have heard of the 60lb line (rig body) where it folds over the swivel at an acute angle creates a weak spot and can snap across the thin wire of the swivel on casting - I use a fox pulley bead which prevents that problem by spreading the strain of the cast over a much wider area ... __________________ SUPPORT THE RNLI - click : www.rnli.org.uk ... every little helps !
