| Please help! Hi guys, I'm completely new to this forum and relatively new to fishing. I was a keen fisherman at a young age but have had a break of over 15 years. I'm now really keen on getting back into pole fishing. Is there anyone on here who could recommend a decent pole for commercial carp fishing? I would be interested in getting a pole which could possibly be used for canal and river fishing as well but carping will be the main aim. I have a budget of between £300 - £500 and i'm looking for a pole with a decent amount of top kits. I have seen a Map TKS 125 for £200 but only comes with 1 power kit. I have heard that these are very good starter poles but was wondering if there is anything out there that is worth that extra cash. Any help will be brilliant. Cheers Andrew |

| Re: Please help! Cheers! I was actually considering a MAP TKS 225. I have heard that MAP make quality poles but its better hearing it from a proper angler instead of a MAP endorsed magazine! |
