Fishing at the River Hamble (botley Mill)

hi everyone

i want to fish botley mill near hedge end southampton - i fished it as a kid in the brackish section and caught little carp and trout etc but has anyone out there fished it and can tell me how they got on - cheers

fished it years ago and caught well on earthworm and caught lots from carp to flounders but nothing of any size, but heard storys in local tackle shops of good fish,sorry but cant help anymore,get down there and find out for yourself cos its the best way.tight lines

Hi i've fished the Hamble near fairthorne manor and caught Sea Bass with just earth worms last year.
