| River Creedy Devon Otters Becoming a Problem Went for a fish last weekend on the river creedy cowley bridge, supposed to be full of roach, was bitterly cold new venue and very hard not a bite but was interessting to take a walk and scout the river, the exe and creedy run paralell to each other with about 50mtrs between them, found a carp scull from a fish about 6-8lbs otters are known in the area, that carp was just one victim makes you think how many get taken,so with struggling fish stocks and otter and cormorants predating on both fry and adults should we be doing something about this? Before the sport we all enjoy is ruined forever! |

| Re: River Creedy Devon Otters Becoming a Problem I guess the poor otter is probably thinking the same thing. Bloody humans and birds! Somebody needs to kill them so I can eat and not starve to death. We need to learn to live with the natural predators in our country not wipe them out.
