Licence advice required

I'm off to chase after some toothy criters on Saturday, but I can't find my licence anywhere. Got a full years ticket back at the start of the season but it would appear I've misplaced it.

If I take photo ID out with me, would that be enough if a baylif came to visit or should I play it safe and get a day ticket from the interweb??

you can get a replacement rod licence from the EA but they will charge you a fiver for it.
I know when i got mine from the post office you use the recipt they give you as licence until it comes in the post so cant see why you cant use that or email confirmation until you find it. Give the EA a ring just to make sure as i could be costly. I think this is the number 08708 506 506

If its a club licence you need to talk to them.

Thanks guys. I've found the licence now (Cunningly hidden away in my wallet ) but it's an interesting question. Could I have gotten away with a photo id? Surely if a receipt number is okay before you get your paper licence, then they must have access to a database somehow???
