| Come on you freshwater'ers' I've noticed this last while that we are getting inundated with sea fishing reports! What's happening all us freshwater men? Note: I'm not complaining about sea fishing reports, I love to read any report. But I've just noticed a sever lack in freshwater reports compared to the sea men this last while! I'm a culprit straight away, but that's simply because I have caught piss all this last while worth talking about lol... I have a wee pike session planned for Saturday morning. 2 pike rods ready, lamprey in the freezer and heading to tesco's tomorrow after work to grab a few mackerel. Then me and a mate are heading to 'The Point' in Portadown at 7/7.30am, which is a spot along the River Bann where the River Cusher, The Newry Canal and the River Bann all join into one. The Bann is notorious for big pike this last 20/30 years but I'm yet to see one face to face! So I'm hoping my bad luck with pike is going to come to an end this Saturday!      |
