Re: Quiver tip advice

It SHOULD be here today mate. I go home for lunch from 1-2 but on a normal day the postman doesnt arrive til shortly after 2! So it'll probably be after 5 before I see it, unless I have a stroke of luck and the postie's been early. But that's highly doubtful! lol

Re: Quiver tip advice

Well, on my very first cast with the simplest setup possible (size 14 hook with 1 piece of corn, a leger stop & a sliding leger weight) I landed this.

Happy days.

Re: Quiver tip advice

Rub it in why don't you! lol. Im using the exact same tactics mate apart from the weight, i have a cage feeder on instead. Its just my stupid luck though.

In relation to the rod, it is class! i love it Not so much the reel though... when tightening the line to bend my tip, i have it sittin nice but then the handle goes round about half an inch, straightening the tip again. So im using a better reel on it. But yeah, the rod is top class!
