pva bags are great , its how you use /fill them , always make sure they are tight

I agree; At this time of year I tend only to fish in the late evenings or early mornings when the fish seem to come to life.

PVA: I tend to use PVA stocking which I know will sink straight away especially on moving water. or if I am feeding boilees or 11mm+ drilled pellets to lie next to my hook bait I thread some freebies onto PVA thread tied to the hook or weight. but it depends on what I am feeding I suppose.

yeh some of my best fish were caught early in the morning or late in the afternoon, so many times i have been all day and nothing has happened until late in the evening. and i wish i started fishing later.
