Re: Help on bream What water is it? I'm from Wakefield and may know it! In my experience, Bream like sweet flavours and I fish for them like I'm fishing for Carp but with the feeder rod and lighter line. They will take boilies readily but I find I get better results with lob worms as the hook bqait over some nice sweet smelling ground bait!

Re: Help on bream Feeder Tactics and as Biggun says Lobworms i tend to tip of the lob worm of with sweetcorn. I also use larger feeders as well to get the groundbait out as well. __________________ Born to fish made to work

Re: Help on bream Can you night fish at this water? Where i fish the big bream seem to come out and feed from dawn to dusk. If there are carp in the water and they are heavily fished for the bream may have switched on to the regular carp baits, boilies etc. As was said sweet flavours will catch, as will fishmeal flavours of boilies, pellets and groundbait. What people say down here is fish for carp and you will catch bream. ALL THE BEST AND LET US KNOW HOW YOU GET ON! __________________ Glory glory Bolton Wanderers!

Re: Help on bream Well seen a few carp in there too. Its walton angling club water a little part of an unused canal biggun dont know if you know it. Every time i see people on there they only seem to use maggots so will give the worms a try. Think i will get there this weekend maybe will let you know how i get on. thanks for the tips.

Re: Help on bream thats the whole point simplicity why carry round kilos of bait it just weighs you down and you cant stay mobile or move from swim to swim without packing all your kit up first __________________ give a man a fish and feed him for a day ,teach a man to fish and he will be gone for a week fishing is a discipline in the equality of men ,for all men are equal in the eyes of a fish
