Seat Boxes...

So, who all uses seat boxes? Im seriously considering getting one.

At the minute im lugging around my rods, my seat, my net and a big holdall that contains my tackle box and bait.

Basically i'm looking a seatbox to eliminate having to carry my seat AND my tackle box, as well as all the other stuff. When we go on certain fishing trips, tehres a bit of walking to be done and it kills me carrying all that. So I thought a seatbox would be the ticket! Plus i can get a trolley for it for about £20!

But my question is this... Is there enough room in a seat box to hold all my tackle? I know there's the big open space where i can keep larger items, reels, food etc. But is there enough room in the drawers to keep my hooks, spinners, lures, scissors, traces, rigs etc.?

Ideally i'd like one that has a few drawers PLUS an extra "tray" under the seat.

Im not going to be spending big bucks on one like. Was looking at something like this...

Re: Seat Boxes...

If iam just going for a day session i just take a bucket , get all what i want in it , then turn it upside down for a seat , . i find it does not cave in on me that way, i even have a little cushion for it .

These guys kit is really good and they even have the trolley kits to go with them. If you are going for general coarse fishing then a box is worth it especially if you get a box with adjustable legs. I would also consider a box with a foot plate, since getting mine my back doesn't get painfull whilst fishing. Tackle wise there is never enough room even if you brought the Titanic Seriouly with the draws on the boxes it makes life so much easier, with everything to hand. Here the link for the boxes.
