nice to see that people are not as anti as all the mags and newspapers make out..

i personally think it is a wonderful idea set up to improve the relationships between British and eastern European anglers .

Re: Polish anglers website

I think that it is agreat Idea, and i do like there site. But like us they look like they want to enjoy the sport as a sport. But there are still those who fish for the pot and maybe we need to educate them. I think that the answer is with EA and producing information in sevral laugauges explaining that they are not to take fish. maybe when getting a lience you state your laugauge. Default being English

Re: Polish anglers website

Let's be honest, if the government can produce benefit claim forms in 42 languages including braille, they surely should do fishing licences that any UK resident can understand huh?

Re: Polish anglers website

The River Ouse I fish has numerous signs in differant langauges but there are still problems with the Polish etc...taking the fish and leaving crap everywhere

There is also a group of Polish anglers that fish the river that are involved with the Polish fishing web site, they are superb at lure fishing and put the fish back, so not all Polish are culprits however the baliff is forever kicking off the same culprits day in day out, they know the rules etc...and are not prepared to change, what we do about these anglers I dont know
