i once got snagged up fishing the bomb and being inexperieced pulled for a break and the whole kit and cobudle came back at me and the lead hit me right in the chest, i was very lucky as i read later in a magazine that someone had done the same thing and the lead ended up inside his shoulder, a few inches either way and also if he had tried to pull it out he could have died i won't ever do that again.

I'll tell you whats funny...when i lived in Berlin i was fishing the Havel lake and stood on a wooden jetty about 30 foot long or so..
Im stood half way along it, casts out and for some strange reason kept walking and walked straight off the edge into 10 foot of water - rod still in my hand !
