new feeder rod question

hi i have to just bought a new feeder rod.... shimano beastmaster 12' 6" distance feeder which comes with 3 tips which are labelled up t1, t2, t3 does anyone know what each is used for as my old feeder rod is labelled in oz's

hold all 3 tips in ur thumb an finger and let em hang down the stiffest is for carp the 2nd for larger silver fish the lowest is for general silverfish
