What do i have to do to catch

well testerday i went to the lodge my local still water took the old quiver tip and set up a maggot feeder helicopter rig style,this normally brings in the bream and tench but after an huor nothing just a few line bites so ckecked my rig and everything looked ok so back out it went another hour still nothing,so decided to set up a method feeder with a particle ground bait and half a vannilla boilie topped with plastic corn cast out a few line bites but that was it for an hour so changed the boilie for halibut pellets still nothing complete blank havnt had one before and left me a bit puzzled what did i do wrong?

sometimes we blank mate, its not that the fisherman has done anything wrong, just sometimes ur luck isnt in.

This is the story of my life. Have you thought about taking up knitting or some other interest that doesn't mean frustration and getting damn cold at the same time, only joking what better hobby is there, I am convinced the litle blighters know you are after them so they wait until you've had enough, and throw the remnants of your baitbox into the water, then they have a real feast, sleep it off then wait for the next mug to arrive at the swim the next day.

They have us sussed that's for sure.
