Question whitch to eat?

which out of these fish would you be able to eat:eels;gudgeon;roach,perch;tench;bream and ruffe.

Dont advise you eat any of them mate they're ALL precious to the rivers ecology!Take nothing but memories leave nothing but footprints...a wise analogy of a good coarse fisherman....

you can eat all of them , tench taste like cotton wool , any coarse fish can be eaten , some just taste better than others

Why not have a look at Faulkus and Bullers 'Freshwater fishing', it lists recipes after the descriptions of each fish, but don't bother eating them. Stick to farmed fish.
