| Reels clutch 1 of my okuma reels has stoped makeing a ratchiting noise when the clutch is working. Is this normal or is it broken? Its an okuma reel do they have a years warenty?     |

| Re: Reels clutch Okuma reels in my experience are very good mate but once they've gone usually get a new one as they are cheap as chips to replace in any case, check the spring under the spool as they have a habit of coming loose.  Re: Reels clutch Hi Ben I have an okuma opti drag bait-runner it also stoped making a noise and the spool started to slip. i took it apart regreasted it and after an hour of looking for a spring that flew out from the anti reverse switch reassembled it and it works fine now. Regards Jonah |
