Angry absolutley gutted.

well went fishing on monday set up my swim sorted out all the tackle opened my rod bag and found my new match rod in more than three pieces its probably snapped while in the car so threw a wobbler kicked my bait tub which curled in the air and went into the canal not a good day .so its the end piece that snapped can i buy a replacement peice or do i have to buy a whole rod (the handle and middle section are ok).

Hi Dave.

Depends on who makes the rod. Some of the better companies give a life time warranty with the rod, even against accidental damage.

sorry about that mate i have done the same with a carp rod ready made in my rod bag and me top eye snapped so i never do that know. if i was u i would go your local tackle shop and explain wot happened they might me able to help u and order one for u

well went back to the shop with rod in hand and he replaced it on the spot no questions asked he said he would send the broken one back as fualty and we all win i get a new rod he gets his money back bargain.

this is a prime example of good service, a local tackle shop, maybe not as cheap as online, but you name me an internet company that would do that.

good reason to support you local tackle shop.
