information needed

i live in lancashire next to two massive resevoires i heard some news about, that the owners ea are doing some repair work on it ,now the bottom res feeds the leeds to liverpool canal at foulridge so if they drain it it will drain sriaght into the canal but what made me sit up and listen is theyre going to pump the fish as well that means carp,tench,bream,pike,perch,roach and more eels into the water around where i fish would this be possible ?and how much of rod licence owners money are they going to spend restocking it when theyre done.would love to hear yoor thoughts
