Re: Forum Smoothound meet 2007

Well up for it

Can we not have a meet in ,,say july?????
It would seem a shame to not meet up again during the summer/autumn.

How about a pouting meet??

I recon a teams of two roving lure fishing comp would be a good laugh. Maybe off portland. Loads of possible species there. Bass, Pollack & Gars etc. What do other members think?
As for a Smutt meet next year, will need to look at tides & other peoples commitments & holiday bookings etc. Definately think a warmer month would be better though. Certainly did't top up the tan much on Saturday..

Re: Forum Smoothound meet 2007

Yer im up for a meet next year......but i have to say!! in my opinion we were a slight bit early this year so theres plenty more opportunity to go out a grab a few smuts......which hopefully I'll get round to doing.....so when im on the road id be quite happy to make a few mini meets if anyone is interested!!
