 smutt meet 2009 Ok ian asked me to post some more info on seaton ( we were going to try sat but weather stopped us) will start this off just as a reminder of date and venue and i know Ian and myself will add more Smutt meet 2009 Sat July 18th venue Seaton Devon http://www.multimap.com/maps/?qs=sea...nd,%20EX12%202 start time TBA I will be going very soon to get pictures of where and how to get to good spots for those getting there in the day and parking costs but parking is easy and free along front in eve /night ( when the hounds arrive) Tides high 13.22 @ 2.9 mtr Low 21.43 @ 1.1mtr so is a full neap tide bait for hounds is definately any type of crab beach buddies easy to put up on beach as is stones very easy access to beach from =eslanade road as well so no long trudges plenty of pubs and chippies/kebab shops in town other possible species, bass, makkie ,flatties, dogs and possible smalleyed ray will add more prob after wed ( when we hope to go , if not in a weeks time)but this is just a reminder and lets hope the fish play this year  dave __________________ Last edited by pingu; 04-27-2009 at 03:16 PM.     |

| Re: smutt meet 2009 There is (was last year) a chinese restraunt about 100 yds from the river end of the esplanade - can't say how good/ pricey it is though.
