| Re: Capello resigns Niether in particular - just generalising on the judicial system we have here (though with this pair probably both guilty - but both will more than likely get off cos' they have the best lawyers money can buy.) | Re: Capello resigns Well for all of you that can lip read here it is..... make up your own mind....... is a difficult one to handle isn`t it? If he was allowed to be captain then found guilty then everyone would say that the FA don`t take racism seriously BUT the action they have taken is to punish a man before he is found guilty and in our society that is deemed wrong and injust.....If the FA are going to take the stance that they have then why do they only ban him from captaincy? Surely if they feel there is enough truth to warrent their intervention then they should have banned him from selection altogether. If they dont feel they have enough evidence for this then the obvious choice it to leave it till after the court case....They have acted half baked in my opinion, sat on the fence so-to speak and put themselves in a really tricky situation. I find it staggering that the court has delayed the court case for so long, surely it would have been in everyones best interests to get it resolved ASAP then all these problems are non exsistant? Would they delay a court case for me if I had this accusation over my head? Think not.
