| Portland Harbour Fly Fishing Early start for Portland Pirate and I tommorrow. Going fly fishing and plugging in the Harbour, from the Shore! Have been told a few Bass and Pollack are being caught there! Ive never been Salt Water Fly Fishing before so a new and hopefully good experience will be had! (Normally used to small chalkstream fishing on the Frome)     |

I am lucky enough to Riverkeep his stretch of the Frome! So re-payment is due! | Re: Portland Harbour Fly Fishing Did'nt pick the best if days to go! Wind was a strong WSW which meant that we were limited to positions! Unfortunatly though one of us is a great caster, we managed nothing! One small schoolie was caught on the opposite shore line, via plugging, lucky man! Still enjoyed the afternoon! Will be back soon! |
