Fly Fishing Tomorrow

Well, I'm off fly fishing tomorrow at Sutton Ningham reservoir as recommended by Greenheart. I haven't fly fished in 20 years so it should be fun (for anyone watching!!!). I've got my rod and reel and need to get a few extra bits and pieces. The bits I know I need to get are:-

Fly box
Flies (pheasant tails, buzzers and diawl bachs sizes 12 and 14???)
Leaders
Fly floatant
Fullers earth
Priest or something to club all those fish I'm going to catch with

Can anyone think of any other essentials I am likely to need? Oh, forceps to remove flies from my ears etc.!

Tight lines mate. Spoke to the Sutton Bingham ranger today. 5lb + rainbow caught yesterday in the small lake on the other side of the causeway. Definately the best area. Waters low, but plenty of fish there. Good luck.

Don't worry Dave, i'll give you some lessons soon. Might even teach you the funny handshake. Cost you loads of pies though
