what 2 use

I have a 6-7 Rod and must get a reel and fly line for it, what will be the best combination ?

I don't do any fly fishing, but there's a few on here that do and they'll be along too help soon

Hi Kojak Welcome to the Forum

If a 6/7 rod then try and buy a large Arbor reel such as Orvis Rocky Mountain or BFR large Arbour should be cira £50 plus buy a supple kind of floating fly line that is either a 6 or a 7 weight.

If river fishing this will be too heavy an outfit but ideal for larger type Stillwaters or Reservoirs. If stillwater go for a 6 weight as presentation is better.

Plus get yourself some casting lessons.
