Fly fishing in pa, what goning on?

What’s up in PA the Game Commission raise the license fee adds a fee for steelhead or to fish in Erie and on opening day of trout I see way less fish. Stock reports show that the stocking is way down. I fish for Two days and don’t catch one limit (4 trout total). The ones that I could were a good size and look pretty (rainbows) but, it was hardly enough for one meal. I love fly fishing what’s going on in PA.

Did everyone else have the same kind of experience?
