No I wasn't brave enough to go on Weds but should of done because my boat trip was call of on thurs but we managed to get to Folkestone today and catch a few Dabs.

Depending on how cold the cold snap is thats forecast I might go next week

Yea,looking at the forecast it looks as though we could get some hard frosts

.Albury-Weston and Powdermills will ice over pretty fast,Vale End is a little sheltered and the smaller pool usually stays reasonably free due to the stream coming in.Lets hope they have it wrong

Lets hope its short lived,some of the Albury lakes are already partially frozen.

Fed the trout at my club lake this morning and the sleet/snow was laying on the side of the road on the way home.

I am up to Farlows by train on Thurs so it looks as if I will miss another week.

Mmmmmmmmm,at present i would think 90% of stillwaters would be frozen.
Have some tickets for Albury so i too would like to get out to use those up and perhaps do Coltsford as well

How long have you got before they run out?
Problem is all my Weds are now taken up with work parties at the club which limits my fishing time.
