Frozen Lake ? - Page 2

Unfortunately, the two fisheries I normally fish, have been frozen for a few weeks now. Thank goodness there`s a thaw on just now, I`m suffering from cabin fever, though we may get a session between Christmas and New Year.

Where is that roughly ?
I was up that way visiting friends a month back on the Isle of Seil near Oban. No ice but it was very wet !
Great place though.

Both fisheries are in the hills above tha Clyde Estuary, one ( Ardgowan) is above Inverkip and the other (Upper Skelmorlie) is way above Wemyss Bay. The views are out of this world, have a look at the "End of a rainbow" thread in trout fly fishing section, you`ll see what I mean.
