no-one knows?? help

hi everyone, im new on here so bare with me lol,

i am keen to find out how to obtain a permit to fish the river pont, in northumberland, i already have a northumbrian anglers fed permit for tyne/coquet but have always wanted to fish this lovley little stream, problem is i cant find anywhere or anyone that know where i can obtain a permit from. and since its just been stocked with grayling, im even more keen to wet a fly there.

Any help or info would be greatly appreciated
