Except it was a 3 weight line and I think floating is about as dense as my 3 weight rod can handle - don't think anyone makes a sinker this light anyway.

BTW, has anyone used Rio T-14 fast sink shooting heads (or any other fast sink shoooting heads - for fishing single handed rods) ?

I used an old lead cored shooter for a while and it was quite effective, but very 'kinky' (and not in a good way !). Wondered if the new tungsten grain based fast sinkers are as supple and resilient as 'normal' sinking lines ?
