Re: Fly Fishing - Forum Meet

Hi Smoothy,

Looking forward to it. Count Doreen and myself as 'wanna be there' can bring some spare rods & reels if needed. Only impossible day for us Sun 13th March - Cardiff boat jumble & list of stuff we need to buy.

Must we kill all the fish caught at Harry's ?

Went fluffing today; beautiful 'Spring' day. Had a couple of good rainbows - coral booby + 12" leader - veeery slooooooowly 8's.
They seem to fight extremely hard as the over wintered trout now have full tails - returned 'em to fight another day.

Re: Fly Fishing - Forum Meet

The weekend up to the 14th will be a no go for me as it's my birthday and if anyone has arranged anything for me that weekend.......well, I'll be dead meat!

Hi Smoothy,

Please count me in, depending on date. I assume it will be a weekend job.

Is there parking for a motorhome?

Cheers

Great choice of venue... I've fished it myself now and then. I took some beginners there once; they all caught. Gets a bit pricey, though, if you're having a good day... best bring the cheque book
