Fly Fishing For Pike....

Ok, So im not experianced in the whole fly fishing area, That's why I have posted this for help. In a few months time I and someone else are buying a boat for joint use on a local loch. As fly fishing for pike is becoming more and more popular I decided I would get some fly gear for when I'm out fishing on the boat. I have no Idea what I would need, What type of rod, line, flys, reel. If anyone could help it would be very much appreacated. As I said I would have no idea what to buy. Also how much would I be looking at spending.
