Custom made Sage fly rod

Pretty new to this game.
I was looking at custom hand made( Grand River Rods of Colorado) Sage fly rod they are about half the price of the factory ones does anyone know if they are the same quality?

If you want a custom sage contact. www.tonykaycustomrods.co.uk. You will save a load and the quality is as good as a factory rod. You can also choose your own components.
